They are lucky that i am neither the director, nor the management above the manager. If not they sure get good scolding from me.
Some specific management really dunno how to work, push the responsibilities here and there. Dunno how to solve nvm, still avoid the problems. Wad kind of management is this? Only know how to act like a director walk here n there, then tell people wad to do. Then when problems come jiu push fault & responsibles to others. Somemore still take more than $2k per month, really is a waste of resources in company. Do something wrong still dunno how to admit.
Some night time in-charge also dunno wat is black wat is white. Skin already so black still wan to act so white. Everything also push to me and do, wat about other part-timer? Are they working? Are they slacking? Dun even bother. Some sort of another pushing responsibilities?
Printing, photocopy, setting up laptop, arrangement of chairs, packing tuition stuffs, all sort of soft or hard labour only know ask me to do. Think can get more relax and easy life with me around? Only know how to take advantage of part timer huh?
Reception comes work within 1 month and escape. This is why? The company is there for more than 3 years. List down how many office staffs actually stayed from 2005 to now? 2 hands also can count. Why so many can't stay? Problems got go find out bo? Got think of solution and solve bo?
Tons of problematic going around the company since it started. If i am the director, defintely high blood pressure and faint. Problem not only lies on the management, it lies on the directors side too. It takes 2 hands to clap, got that clear.
